There are a variety of ways to pay your taxes:
· Drop off your payment at the township hall. There is a black drop box near the lower ADA door. (Do not use the red-white & blue ballot box.) · Mail your payment via USPS, UPS or FEDEX. · Pay online via with one of two options: via www.bsaonline.com and use your credit card where a 3-percent of your total tax bill "convenience fee" will apply; OR via electronic check with a flat $3.00 fee. See below. · Or perhaps you'd like to employ an transaction known as a Automatic Clearing House (ACH) which is the electronic network used for financial transactions in the U.S. Put another way, ACH is essentially the "highway" that money is electronically routed bank to bank and that bypasses you having to write and send a paper check. For this you must first contact the Treasurer for more details and/or complete the necessary form to get started. It will be the portal to your online bank account. Please note the parcel numbers in the memo line.
Receipts for your tax payments:
No receipt is automatically mailed to you. Your cancelled check or credit card statement could be your receipt. Otherwise, you must specifically ask for a receipt when you pay your taxes OR go online to bsaonline.com to print one for yourself.
