POLICY & PROCEDURES (by-laws)
What was formerly known as our by-laws, traditionally labeled as such to help guide governance of the township and explain operating routines, has been given an updated and much more descriptive name of Policy & Procedures. Crystal Lake Township is in the throes of writing this manual and in 7+ years has only made it through the first three chapters, as accessed by the link below. When the manual is completed, it will also include the following chapters: Financial Administration, Personnel Administration, Records Management and Property Management.
Holdover by-laws for the township still exist and still are in effect, where they don't contradict and/or are superceded by the newer P & P Manual. The collection of those by-laws are scanned and can be accessed by the button below.
Additional resolutions effecting the governance of CLT have been passed, which will probably ultimately be incorporated into the P&P Manual. They will be posted eventually.
